IQVIA LATAM seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote) to partner with the project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team on global projects, oversee clinical deliverables, monitor study metrics, mentor junior staff and contribute to RBM tools and study plans across multiple trials.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• Strong English communications and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Manage study metrics, trend analysis and action plans for regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to RBM tools and study management plans.
