Formación

• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA)
• +2 years in a Lead role
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead with IP management responsibilities.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project resources.
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analyses and action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools for monitoring.
• Ensure complete documentation and eTMF readiness.
