Job summary

Walsh Employment Limited is seeking a results-driven Customer Success professional to join a leading international e-learning SaaS business. You will manage a shared portfolio of 1,000+ SMB customers, guiding adoption and renewal efforts in a remote Chilean setup.

The role utilizes AI-driven tools to prioritize engagement, track health signals, forecast risk, and identify growth opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Support, Product and Marketing to secure renewals and expansion.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role.
• SaaS or technology experience preferred.
• Experience managing a high volume of customer relationships.
• Understanding of scaled Customer Success, health scoring and customer signals.
• Experience supporting adoption, retention and renewals.
• Strong customer risk and renewal forecasting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong CRM and documentation skills.
• Salesforce experience required.
• Experience with Customer Success platforms advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing a shared portfolio of 1,000+ SMB customers.
• Prioritising engagement around risk, adoption and expansion opportunities.
• Supporting customer adoption, retention and renewals.
• Identifying and mitigating customer risk.
• Identifying potential expansion opportunities.
• Forecasting renewals and maintaining accurate Salesforce records.
• Engaging customers across email, phone, video and scaled outreach.
• Working closely with Sales, Support, Product and Marketing.
