Power Digital seeks a Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist to ensure healthcare creative output meets MLR and brand standards. You will gate materials before client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory reviews and manage Veeva PromoMats workflows.

You will collaborate with Creative Project Managers to maintain trackers, coordinate feedback, and keep tasks moving across channels, while leveraging AI tools to optimize processes and Nova ecosystem usage.

Formación

• 4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, agency or in-house.
• Understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202 requirements.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly preferred.
• Strong eye for brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across digital formats.

Responsabilidades

• Review creative assets for MLR compliance before client review and launch.
• Perform QA on landing pages, ads, emails, and social content.
• Manage Veeva PromoMats workflow: claims, references, submissions, and packaging (2253).
• Enforce brand and design standards across healthcare deliverables.
• Document QA processes and continually improve checklists and standards.
