BairesDev is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to provide strategic technical leadership and architect robust security solutions across our systems. You will guide engineering teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate proactive defense mechanisms and ensure our applications and infrastructures remain resilient against emerging threats.

Formación

5+ years of experience in Security Engineering or a related technical role.
Proven expertise in technical leadership, architecture, and mentoring stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
Solid understanding of IAM, encryption, platform security, and cloud/container security.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Establish security architectures and guard enterprise platforms and cloud environments.
Mentor technical teams and align with stakeholders on security strategies.
Lead threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC practices.
Define and implement access controls, encryption standards, and platform security.
Drive the continuous improvement of cloud and container security configurations across development and production environments.
