BairesDev is seeking a Cyber Security Technical Leader to protect our digital infrastructure, data, and AI-driven platforms. You will design, implement, and monitor security measures while mentoring a security team in a global, remote-first environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven experience designing and implementing security controls.
• Experience monitoring systems, networks, and applications for threats.
• Experience leading security teams or initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor security measures for digital infrastructure, data, and AI platforms.
• Monitor systems, networks, and applications for security incidents.
• Develop and implement security controls to prevent unauthorized access.
• Lead security initiatives and projects across the organization.
• Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems and data.
• Mentor security team members on best practices and threats.
