HiTHIUM seeks a Service Operations Engineer to support commissioning and maintenance services across its Americas portfolio. The role coordinates field operations, manages third‑party vendors, controls service costs, and ensures clear communication between customers, internal teams, and service partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working remotely, and has experience in service operations within the energy or power systems industry. BESS experience is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in service operations; experience in BESS or power systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating third‑party service vendors across multiple regions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate commissioning & maintenance requests from initiation to completion, reviewing scope and technical requirements.
• Coordinate remote and on-site service activities and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate vendor capability, cost, safety and quality standards; monitor performance for improvement.
• Manage service tickets, track response and resolution progress; escalate critical issues when needed.
• Collect operational data, generate periodic reports for performance tracking and process improvements.
• Bridge communication between customers, EPC contractors, internal teams and vendors; participate in coordination meetings.
