This remote, full-time role requires accuracy, ERP and QBO experience, and comfort working across time zones. You will handle invoicing, bill approvals, reconciliations, and liaison with customers on billing issues, while contributing to month-end close and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Accounting or bookkeeping experience in cosmetic/medical industry.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP-integrated workflows.
• Experience managing invoicing and AP/AR in regulated environments.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP, AR, and general ledger entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Oversee invoice creation and transfer from ERP to QBO, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
• Issue customer invoices and promptly resolve billing discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, balances, credits, and payment issues.
• Handle high daily volumes of emails and transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Perform basic financial reporting and support month-end reconciliation activities.
• Proactively identify errors, investigate root causes, and elevate issues when appropriate.
