Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote, contract-based engagement to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, annotate statements, and help improve AI training data; prior experience in AI training or human-data evaluation is required.

The role covers transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting, with flexible scheduling and worldwide remote scope.

Qualifications

• Experienced financial professional with accounting and reporting expertise.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and ERP workflows.
• Experience with AI training or data evaluation is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows and financial systems logic across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
