Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to join its Latin America engineering efforts, auditing AI-generated code and providing structured feedback. You will review outputs, rate model responses, and help improve code generation accuracy on diverse projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, have production codebase experience, and communicate clearly in English. This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with flexible work from anywhere and incentives based on project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar and style.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
