Job summary

Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help improve AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, flagging issues, and providing structured feedback. This is a 1099 contract across Latin America with flexible hours and remote work.

You will rate model responses on accuracy and instruction following, and craft clear computer science prompts to push the models' coding capabilities. Prior software engineering experience and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
