Job summary

Outlier is seeking QA Coders to help make AI smarter by auditing AI-generated code and providing structured feedback. This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity paying up to $34 USD per hour with potential incentives, and offers flexible work from anywhere.

You'll review code produced by AI models, rate responses across key dimensions such as accuracy and instruction following, and craft clear CS prompts to push the models' coding abilities. Prior production code experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated code and flagging issues with clear guidelines.
• Strong written and spoken English with attention to grammar and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate model responses on accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
