Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft prompts. This freelance role offers flexible, remote work across Latin America and beyond, with pay up to $34 USD/hr and performance incentives depending on project needs.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree, have production-grade software experience, and communicate fluently in English. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with potential incentives based on outcomes.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts that challenge AI models and push coding boundaries.
