RedCore, an international group, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead market initiatives in Chile and LATAM. You will monitor local iGaming dynamics, coordinate affiliates, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

The role offers a dynamic, multicultural environment, a strong emphasis on local relevance, and opportunities to build a robust network of partners and PSPs.

Residence in Chile required; fluency in Spanish and English preferred; Russian a plus.

Formación

• Experience in iGaming with a specific GEO (CL) / market (LATAM).
• Understanding of market competitors, communities, local channels, and audience characteristics.
• Experience in affiliate, marketing, operations, project management, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• ESP & ENG speaker (ru will be a plus).
• Actual residence in Chile.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor competitors, user behavior, local trends, and relevant ecosystem updates for the assigned GEO.
• Prepare structured research inputs, tracking reports, and basic recommendations for internal teams.
• Support local relevance checks for campaigns, content, and market-facing materials.
• Identify and frame regulatory, reputational, competitive, or partnership risks early.
• Coordinate repetitive or support-related requests with shared testers when required.
• Escalate important findings, blockers, or uncertainties to a Country Manager.
• Building a useful local network of affiliates, partners, PSPs, and market contacts.
