inDrive is seeking a Driver Operations Specialist in Chile to lead driver operations, design recruitment strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize regional performance.

You will analyze regional trends, manage recruitment budgets and KPIs, and conduct market research across cities. You will work with marketing, BizDev, and marketplace teams to drive sustainable growth and improve driver experience.

Formación

• 2-3+ years in business operations/expansion/launching, preferably in ride-hailing, delivery or e-commerce.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
• Experience with driver recruitment and analytics.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Google services, and BI tools.
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive driver acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
• Analyze regional trends using reports and socio-economic data.
• Manage recruitment budgets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research in new regions with interviews and focus groups.
• Monitor competitors in target regions for gaps and opportunities.

• Set and track individual performance with development plans.
