Job summary

GHD is seeking a bilingual (French & English) People Services - Talent Acquisition Advisor to support Early Careers recruitment across Canada from Santiago, Chile. The role collaborates with TA partners, hiring managers and People teams to manage requisitions, postings, shortlisting and candidate communication in a hybrid setup.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain data integrity, and contribute to campus campaigns and university partnerships, bringing strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, People Services, HR or related role.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes from requisition creation through candidate selection and hiring.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers, recruiters and People teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a geographically dispersed team.
• Confidence in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Lists, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Oracle Recruiting Cloud asset is a plus.
• Previous experience supporting Early Careers, Graduate, Co-op or high-volume recruitment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Early Careers recruitment across Canada.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and hiring priorities.
• Create and manage requisitions and recruitment pipelines in GHD's recruitment system.
• Prepare job advertisements and coordinate postings across recruitment channels and schools.
• Reviewing and screening applications against role requirements and supporting candidate shortlisting.
• Conduct candidate screening calls when required and coordinate candidates through the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates, hiring managers and interviewers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Respond to recruitment support requests and ensure timely handling.
• Support Early Careers campaigns, university recruitment activities and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and People teams across Canada.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen recruitment processes.

We are looking for a bilingual (French & English) People Services - Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Services Talent Acquisition team based in Santiago, Chile and provide recruitment support across Canada. In this role, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition partners, hiring managers, business group leaders and People teams across the Canadian business, with a strong focus on supporting Early Careers recruitment, including Graduate, Co-op and Internship opportunities. Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required for this role per support to Canada East region. You will support recruitment activities throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, helping us deliver a consistent and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
