Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Chile is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer Administrator to support procurement operations for large-scale data center projects. The role provides administrative and transactional support to ensure efficient procurement processes in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

You will assist with purchase orders, vendor onboarding, documentation, and tracking of orders, invoices, and payments, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in procurement or administrative support roles is required.
• Strong data management and Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement teams with purchase orders and documentation.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Assist with RFQs and bid documentation preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement teams with purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Assist with RFQs and bid documentation preparation.
• Track orders, invoices, and payments in alignment with project needs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or administrative support roles.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement systems.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.
