Job summary

SAP Chile Next Gen seeks a recent university graduate for a Sales Operations role. The position offers exposure to global-minded operations, data-driven tasks, and CRM data entry in a fast-paced environment in Santiago, Chile.

It is a temporary role with 6 months to 2 years duration and involves coordinating campaigns and events while learning business analytics. Ideal candidates bring a curious, agile mindset, strong English, Excel expertise, and a passion for building a sales career

Qualifications

Must be a recent University graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
Preferably in Business Administration or related studies.
0-2 years of professional experience (not including internships).
Fluent English and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks and daily office functions.
Monitor sales operations processes and initiatives.
Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard reports.
Enter data in CRM.
Document campaign execution using appropriate systems and collaborate with the manager.
Support contract tracking and meetings preparation.
Coordinate workflows, POs, distribution lists, and inventory.
Support external events for Managers.
