Job summary

SAP Chile is seeking a recent university graduate for a Sales Operations - SAP Next Gen role in Santiago, Chile. This temporary position (6 months up to 2 years) focuses on supporting sales operations, data entry in CRM, contract tracking, and event preparation for Managers.

Qualifications

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree.
• Preferably a graduate of Business Administration and/or related studies.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (not including internships).
• Fluent English.
• Strong Excel knowledge including macros.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and daily office functions.
• Monitor the sales operations process and initiatives.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard reports.
• Enter data in CRM systems.
• Document campaign execution using appropriate systems with manager support.
• Track contracts and related items.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the manager and team.
• Manage workflows and monitor POs, internal orders, distribution lists, and inventory.
• Prepare and follow up on meetings and external events for Managers.
