Job summary

SAP Chile is hiring for a Sales Operations - SAP Next Gen role for recent graduates. Located in Santiago, Chile, this temporary position offers 6 months up to 2 years, focusing on administrative tasks, CRM data entry, and monitoring sales operations processes.

You will support campaigns, prepare meetings, manage purchase orders, and collaborate across teams. A BA or related degree, fluent English, Excel skills, and an interest in AI are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree
• Preferably a graduate of Business Administration and/or related studies
• 0-2 years of professional experience (not including internships)

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks and daily office functions
• Monitoring the sales operations process and initiatives
• Proactively provide qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard procedures and reports
• Data entry in CRM
• Document all campaign execution using the adequate systems correctly
• Contract tracking
• Central contact and all other ad-hoc support as needed by manager and team
• Managing workflows and monitoring items like purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc.
• Preparation and follow up of meetings and larger external events for Managers
