Qualifications

• Recent University graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferably a graduate of Business Administration and/or related studies.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (not including internships).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including macros.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks and daily office functions.
• Monitor the sales operations process and initiatives.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard reports.
• Data entry in CRM.
• Document campaign execution using appropriate systems.
• Contract tracking and supporting the manager and team.
• Manage workflows and monitor purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory.
• Prepare and follow up meetings and external events for Managers.
