GHD is seeking a Procurement Assistant in Santiago to support vendor lifecycle, onboarding, contracting, performance monitoring and renewals. The role involves sourcing, contract initiation/renewal, pricing negotiations, and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.

You will track vendor performance, develop reports, and contribute to GHD’s ESG commitments. A hybrid work model applies, with in-office collaboration three days a week.

Formación

• 2+ years of strategic procurement experience.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Degree or certification in business administration, procurement, finance, or related field preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the projects team to understand procurement requirements.
• Initiate and renew contracts including framework/service line agreements; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Engage vendors to align with ESG commitments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Measure vendor performance and conduct quarterly/annual reviews.
• Build reports and analyze data; vendor segmentation.
• Assist in growing supplier diversity program.
• Follow Procurement Guidelines and procedures.
