As a Specialist Demand Management, you will play a key role in driving Procurement performance through demand forecasting, advanced analytics and digital enablement. You will provide timely visibility of business requirements to strategic suppliers and transform Procurement needs and complex data into actionable insights, automation opportunities and digital solutions.
In this role, you will act as a strategic analytical partner, leveraging data, technology and cross-functional collaboration to improve decision-making, supplier performance and continuous improvement across Procurement. Working from Santiago, with occasional travel, you will help connect business requirements with practical, scalable and data-driven solutions that enhance supply chain performance and support long‑term business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory Management, Analytics or related areas.
Experience in procurement, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and/or supplier management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, statistical analysis, demand variability and performance measurement.
Proven ability to develop forecasting models and transform complex data into actionable insights through KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power BI, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
Knowledge of data transformation, automation and digital solution development.
Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve analytics, automation and decision‑making.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering capabilities.
Strategic thinking, problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic and complex environments.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office and Procurement systems is desirable.
