Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Principal Migration Automation Engineer to deploy and extend the Cloud Migration Factory on AWS for large enterprise migrations. You will own automation across the lifecycle, from portfolio assessment to rehost execution with MGN, and produce SOPs for scalable operations.

You will drive automation with Python, PowerShell, and IaC, coordinate with teams, and write runbooks to ensure repeatable, high-quality waves and migrations.

Job description

We are looking for a Principal Migration Automation Engineer to deploy and extend the Cloud Migration Factory hyper-automation framework for a large-scale enterprise migration to AWS. The role owns automation across the migration lifecycle, from portfolio assessment and wave planning through rehost execution with AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), and produces the SOPs that let the factory run repeatably at scale.
