The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a dynamic Counter Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, service, and store operations at our Chile location.

You will coach, motivate, and manage the team to meet ambitious targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will build agile business plans, recruit and retain customers through strategic events and in-store activities, and lead CRM-driven customer relationships.
