The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Chile seeks a senior brand planning lead to drive 360° product strategy, baseline stock, new launches, and healthy MOB across doors and channels. The role collaborates with Corporate Sell Out and Marketing to optimize launches and funnel insights.

Responsibilities include forecasting, calendar updates, on-time stock, and ensuring launches rotate correctly with promos aligned to brand and business goals. Strong cross-functional skills required.

Formación

• Experience in brand management and retail planning.
• Ability to forecast, plan launches and manage stock across channels.
• Strong collaboration with marketing and commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Line Up by channel, retailer and door to achieve healthy MOB.
• Support launches and KM alignment with Marketing Calendar.
• Forecast brand total and ensure stock aligns with COG targets and launches.
• Manage PAVs and excesses plans to secure healthy rotation.
• Ensure timely launches and rotation of collections across doors.
