Advantage is looking for a Portfolio Manager Flex Power to lead projects for thermal assets across the Americas. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle and oversee inspections and performance analysis of thermal assets. Required qualifications include a Master's degree in a relevant field and proficiency in both English and Spanish. The position offers a hybrid work model based in Santiago, Chile, with some travel involved.

Formación

• Experience in the energy sector, preferably in maintenance and troubleshooting of major power plant equipment.
• Comfortable in an international context.
• Autonomous and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programme and project management for thermal power generation across the Americas.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring high safety and performance standards.
• Oversee site inspections, performance analysis, and troubleshooting for thermal assets.
