Advantage is seeking a Project Engineer - Solar PV to lead performance optimization for solar assets across the Americas. The role blends field engineering, performance analysis, and investigations to maximize energy production and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering, experience with utility-scale solar PV, strong analytical skills, and fluent Spanish with professional English. Hybrid or field work across the Americas is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Energy Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience with utility-scale Solar PV plants.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Native or C2-level Spanish; professional English (min B2).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Solar PV performance measurement campaigns and field assessments.
• Perform detailed performance analyses and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead or support Root Cause Analysis investigations on inverter failures and tracker issues.
• Deliver technical services for Solar PV and BESS assets across the Americas.
