JPMorganChase in Chile runs the Drive the Future Program for recent graduates. Based in Santiago, you will join the Local Markets Sales team and gain exposure to FX, derivatives, and fixed income within a structured training program.

The six-month program may extend to 18 months based on performance. It requires full-time, in-person availability in Santiago and offers development across technical and interpersonal skills, with mentoring and coaching.

Formación

• Recent graduate within the last 12 months in Finance, Accountancy or Business Administration.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Local Markets Sales team in various capacities.
• Assist with FX, Options, Rates derivatives, and Fixed Income products.
