TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING S.A. (CL), part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking an Electrical Lead for a critical infrastructure and data center on-site project in Santiago, Chile.

The role focuses on supervision, coordination, and ensuring execution aligns with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of electrical experience, and 3–5 years in data center environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering/construction on large-scale projects.
• 3–5 years of data center or mission-critical facilities experience preferred.
• Experience leading electrical teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with BIM and CAD tools; LEED AP or PMP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to project management and construction teams on electrical matters.
• Lead and supervise electrical construction and installation activities on site.
• Coordinate electrical installations with other MEP disciplines and project specialties.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors ensuring compliance with drawings and specs.
• Review interfaces, clashes, and QC procedures; ensure safety compliance; participate in client meetings.
