Sunrise Management is seeking a Community Manager for Las Brisas, Upland, CA. The role oversees operations, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations under the Regional Manager's supervision.

The position requires on-site living with a two-bedroom apartment provided. Responsibilities include staffing, financial management, marketing, and compliance with Fair Housing laws. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of property management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff while fostering a supportive work environment.
• Provide clear guidance and tools for the team to excel in their roles.
• Address and resolve employee and operational concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop a cohesive on-site team and ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance in common areas and units.
• Oversee rent collection, bank deposits, and adhere to accounting procedures.
• Promote available units through approved platforms and showings; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Respond to resident concerns with empathy and resolve service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Regularly review policies to reflect legal and operational requirements.
