Formación

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Superior customer service and the ability to manage difficult situations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds.
• Assist with pool, spa, laundry, recreation areas, and common spaces maintenance.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and communicate delays if needed.
