CATL is seeking an ESS Technical Solution Engineer in Chile to bridge technical and sales efforts, demonstrating product benefits to clients and tailoring solutions to meet business goals. You will work closely with clients to understand requirements, develop tailored solutions with the technical team, and prepare proposals that highlight both technical value and business impact.

The role requires strong communication, market insight, and collaboration across internal teams to win opportunities

Formación

Minimum 2 years in local ESS market.
Experience as AE or SE in ESS market is advantageous.
Experience with utility or ESS developer companies is advantageous.
Knowledge of local ESS project development requirements.
Fluent in English and Spanish; English resumes only.

Responsabilidades

Demonstrate product benefits and support sales through client‑focused technical demos.
Engage with clients to understand needs and identify opportunities for CATL solutions.
Develop tailored ESS solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Create detailed proposals outlining technical and business value.
Provide ongoing technical support during manufacturing, delivery and commissioning.
Negotiate technical aspects to align expectations and finalize agreements.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform product improvements.
