Ria Money Transfer, a global payments leader, is seeking a Digital Marketing Designer based in Santiago to drive paid media creative at scale across AMER markets. You will collaborate with regional leaders, growth teams, and brand design to produce high-impact assets with a focus on motion design and AI-powered workflows.

You will deliver thousands of assets across languages and platforms while ensuring brand consistency and production-ready quality, contributing to omni-channel campaigns when

Formación

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a design studio, ad agency, or in-house creative team focused on paid digital media.
• Proven expertise in motion design and video animation for paid digital platforms.
• Proficiency with AI creative tools as part of an active production workflow.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Figma proficiency for design collaboration and asset production.
• Experience producing paid media assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and programmatic channels.
• Experience designing CRM creative including email, push, and in-app assets.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Paid Media Creative at Scale across AMER markets.
• Design and produce high volumes of paid media assets for multiple formats and languages.
• Build motion-led ad creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency and scalable design libraries.
• Collaborate with CRM and lifecycle teams to tailor creative for retention and promotions.
