Aloha in Santiago is building its content engine, responsible for shooting, editing, animating, and publishing video across product launches, explainers, and daily social content. You’ll own the end-to-end production and speed, reporting to Brand & UX Lead and Head of Growth to align with brand and funnel goals.

As the sole content person initially, you’ll craft formats, templates, and a scalable system, using AI to accelerate output while maintaining quality and a native sense for LatAm and US

Formación

• 3+ years creating video content with a portfolio.
• Fluent editing in Premiere Pro; motion graphics in After Effects.
• Ability to shoot video, with lighting basics.
• Social-native; understands what performs on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
• Self-directed; work from a brief with speed and autonomy.
• Spanish native, English professional; subtitle for US market.
• Bonus: fintech, B2B, or startup experience.

Responsabilidades

• Co-plan the content calendar with Brand & UX Lead and Head of Growth; own execution.
• Produce launch videos and product explainers: script support, shooting, editing, motion graphics.
• Edit as a core discipline: short-form video for social, subtitles, sound.
• Motion graphics: explainers, UI walkthroughs, logo animations, templates.
• Run social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok; show Aloha from the inside.
• Build a content system: reusable templates to scale output with brand.
• Use AI tools aggressively for speed: generation, editing assist, versioning.
