Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a remote customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. You will audit CRM configurations, evaluate data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems interpret complex business workflows and policy rules.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365, and proven success leading CRM

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
