Load Test Engineer at BairesDev

As a Load Test Engineer, you will ensure our systems remain performant and reliable under various traffic conditions. You will act as a guardian of system stability, identifying bottlenecks and validating that our architecture can scale to meet business demands without degradation.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute complex load and stress testing scenarios to simulate real‑world user behavior at scale.
• Analyze performance metrics and system logs to pinpoint architectural bottlenecks and resource constraints.
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams to recommend optimizations for improving system responsiveness.
• Integrate automated performance tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation of scalability requirements.
• Develop and maintain reusable performance testing scripts using industry‑standard tools and frameworks.
• Establish performance baselines and benchmarks to track improvements and regressions across different software releases.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Performance Engineering.
• Proven expertise in performance, load, and scalability testing using tools like JMeter, k6, Gatling, or Locust.
• Deep understanding of performance profiling and analyzing distributed load patterns.
• Hands‑on experience integrating performance testing into monitoring systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in identifying system bottlenecks and validating architectural scalability.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
