We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead and manage a structure of 200+ professionals, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers, working for over 30 US‑based clients. This high‑impact role offers limitless growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor teams of Project Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
• Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and management control.
• Act as the escalation point for operational and delivery‑related issues, ensuring prompt conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with the PMO on the execution of procedures for PMs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners to enforce HR policies across the team.
• Monitor the performance of Project Managers, managing a team ranging between 5 and 10 PMs overseeing 200+ team members.
• Ensure efficient reporting and escalation methodologies to maintain smooth operations.
• Address HR‑related matters with the HRBP and expand relevant issues as needed.
• Present complex operational challenges to Account Managers (AMs) while supporting the relationship between PMs and clients.
• Ensure professional, clear, and effective communication between PMs and clients.
