BairesDev is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end product experience, from discovery to shipping. You will champion a user-centered approach, ensuring design decisions align with broader product strategies and a cohesive ecosystem.

You will drive the full design lifecycle, govern scalable design systems, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design.
• End-to-end product design experience from discovery to shipping.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and scalable design systems.
• Extensive experience in product strategy and conducting user research.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and Design Operations experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Lead Product Designer at BairesDev

As a Lead Product Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product experience, from initial discovery to final shipping. You will champion a user-centered approach, ensuring that every design decision aligns with broader product strategies and contributes to a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead the evolution and governance of scalable design systems to maintain visual and functional consistency.
• Facilitate discovery phases and conduct user research to uncover actionable insights that shape the product roadmap.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Optimize Design Operations and workflows to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end product design, covering discovery, ideation, and shipping.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and building scalable design systems.
• Extensive experience in product strategy and conducting user research to guide design decisions.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and managing Design Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
