BairesDev in Chile is seeking a Load Test Engineer to ensure our systems stay performant under varying traffic. You will guard stability and validate that our architecture can scale to meet business needs.

Formación

4+ years in QA or performance engineering.
Expertise with load testing tools: JMeter, k6, Gatling, Locust.
Experience integrating tests into CI/CD and monitoring.
Strong knowledge of distributed load patterns and profiling.
Advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

Design and execute complex load and stress testing scenarios to simulate real-world user behavior at scale.
Analyze performance metrics and logs to pinpoint architectural bottlenecks and resource constraints.
Partner with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system responsiveness.
Integrate automated performance tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
Develop and maintain reusable performance testing scripts.
Establish performance baselines and benchmarks across releases.
