Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

• Process reservations and inquiries by phone, fax, or mail.
• Assist Sales & Marketing with daily office duties and guest communications.
• Support up-selling and loyalty programs to maximize revenue.
• Maintain brand standards and protect guest privacy and proprietary information.
