Qualifications
- At least five years of backend engineering with microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience guiding development teams.
- Proven Python backend and cloud-native API experience.
- Experience with Generative AI and LangChain.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, ECS/EKS; RESTful APIs.
- English at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design backend API infrastructure for large language model integration.
- Develop RAG workflows including processing, embedding, retrieval.
- Build and connect agent-driven tooling with LangChain/LangGraph.
- Enforce security, data confidentiality, testing across backend ops.
- Influence architecture direction and coding standards across engineering.
- Collaborate with frontend, data, and infra teams.
