APPLY is seeking a BI analytics engineer to design and maintain dashboards, turning raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. You will partner with Data Engineering on migrations, explore data trends in BigQuery/Snowflake, and implement dbt models for scalable data marts.

You’ll prototype agentic AI solutions, enforce data governance, and own the full reporting lifecycle from requirements to stakeholder walkthroughs. Hybrid/remote-friendly with LATAM base preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in BI, data analytics, or hybrid analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills across BigQuery and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Looker Studio/Power BI.
• Working knowledge of dbt for data modeling.
• Familiarity with pipeline orchestration tools (Dagster preferred) or similar.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy concepts (OneTrust or similar).
• Experience with CRM/MarTech data sources (Customer.io, Twilio Segment, etc.).
• Some hands-on data engineering skills (Python, debugging, schema design).
• Excellent communication to translate data to business insights.
• Experience supporting cloud data migrations (GCP/Azure/AWS) is a plus.
• Curious, insight-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Looker Studio & Power BI) for actionable insights.
• Partner with Data Engineering to migrate/validate dashboards during migrations with metric parity.
• Perform exploratory data analysis across BigQuery/Snowflake datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Write and optimize SQL; build dbt models to support scalable data marts.
• Collaborate on Dagster-orchestrated data pipelines and troubleshoot data issues.
• Prototype agentic AI/data science solutions to accelerate data actions.
• Apply data governance: privacy/retention workflows; handle PII across data integrations.
• Own end-to-end reporting lifecycle: requirements, modeling, dashboard build, validation, walkthroughs.
• Identify data quality issues and work with Data Engineering to resolve root causes.
• Stay current on BI tooling; suggest platform improvements.
