Maersk is hiring an LCL Analyst to manage export/import LCL shipments, ensuring timely and accurate responses to clients and service providers. You will handle booking creation, consolidation processes, document flow, and shipment tracking across origin and destination locations.

The role requires 2–3 years in LCL operations, strong English skills, and proficiency with CargoWise, Excel and Power BI. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Formación

• 2-3 years working experience in LCL import/export consolidations and warehousing.
• Advance knowledge of local and international ocean processes for LCL operations.
• Advanced knowledge of LCL buyer’s consolidation processes and policies.
• Intermediate advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
• Excel: build dynamic tables and simple macros.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Maersk to the client in a positive, proactive manner; offer alternative solutions when requests cannot be accommodated.
• Act as focal point for internal customers; ensure smooth execution of LCL/LCL and LCL/FCL shipments.
• Receive booking requests and place bookings with Maersk or co-loaders for coordination.
• Open shipment files and issue bookings as needed.
• Manage the full consolidation process for import MLC with origin and destination sites.
• Gather export documents from shippers/customers and ensure timeliness of drafts and VGM.
• Verify AMS/ISF formats are sent and ensure proper customs communications.
• Create and send House/Master Bills of Lading to carriers; coordinate with local processes.
• Track shipments from departure to arrival and update statuses; keep clients informed.
