Maersk in Santiago is seeking an LCL Analyst to manage end-to-end export/import LCL shipments, logging the shipment, and delivering documentation to customers and service providers. You will monitor the shipment process and drive process improvements.

The role requires 2–3 years in LCL consolidation, strong English, and proficiency with Excel and CargoWise. This position is based in Santiago, Chile, with a focus on timely, accurate responses to stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in LCL import/export consolidations and warehousing.
• Advanced knowledge of local and international ocean processes for LCL operations.
• Advanced knowledge of LCL Buyer’s Consolidation policies.
• Intermediate-level English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Represent Maersk to clients in a positive, solution-oriented manner.
• Serve as focal point for internal customers and ensure smooth LCL and LCL/FCL shipments.
• Handle booking requests and issue bookings at origin or with co-loaders for coordination.
• Manage Own Consolidation Process for Import MLC with origin and destination facilities.
• Gather export documents from shippers/customers and ensure timely document delivery.
• Track shipments and update statuses in the system; inform clients of deviations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on rate changes and alternative routing as needed.
