Bluelight Consulting, a fast-growing software consultancy, is seeking a Software Project Manager to guide multiple client projects in a remote-friendly environment.

You will define goals, schedules, allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor quality metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Americas.

Formación

• Experience leading Scrum teams and applying Agile methodologies.
• Ability to develop goals, objectives, and project schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Proven skills in planning resources, budgeting, and tracking progress.
• Strong communication of project quality and performance metrics.

What we are looking for

• Working experience with Agile methodologies conducting and leading Scrums.
• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules to align with defined business strategy.
• Define and ensure resources are assigned to meet project goals.
• Develop, track, and document all aspects of the project.
• Define project budget, and monitor and adjust the plan as resource requirements change.
• Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics.
• Address and resolve project issues to ensure the project remains on track.
