Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled project leader to join our rapidly growing software consultancy. You will drive agile projects, lead Scrum ceremonies, and ensure goals, schedules, and budgets align with client objectives across diverse engagements.

Formación

• Experience with Agile methodologies, including leading Scrums.
• Ability to develop project goals, objectives and schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Ability to define and ensure resources are assigned to meet project goals.
• Experience developing, tracking and documenting all aspects of the project.
• Experience defining project budgets and monitoring plans as resources change.
• Ability to communicate and document project quality and progress metrics.
• Experience addressing and resolving project issues to keep projects on track.
