Job summary

SumUp LATAM is expanding its Support Enablement team in Santiago to onboard agents across Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico. You will lead onboarding, tailor content to each market and ensure agents reach full readiness within their first week.

The role emphasizes measuring knowledge gaps, designing targeted reinforcement, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge through reinforcements and internal content usage. This is an office-based opportunity in Santiago.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering onboarding or enablement in operations.
• Ability to measure knowledge gaps and design reinforcement actions.
• Clear communication with diverse audiences across multiple markets.
• Comfort with repetitive, structured tasks while maintaining quality.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding sessions for LATAM Support across Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico.
• Prepare and facilitate sessions using existing content to reach readiness in week one.
• Measure knowledge levels, identify gaps, design targeted actions.
• Lead knowledge reinforcement initiatives for products, processes and tools.
• Encourage use of internal content to increase agent autonomy.
