Mercor, partnering with a leading AI research lab, seeks Latin America–based voice actors with native Latin American Spanish fluency and a neutral delivery to contribute voice recordings for training TTS models. This ongoing opening welcomes both experienced professionals and newcomers with a clear, expressive voice and a good recording setup.

The engagement is a single recording session of about four hours, with a possible second session.

Formación

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker with neutral, internationally intelligible delivery.
• Clear, natural, and expressive voice; experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with controlled tone and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines (environment, microphone setup, file formatting).
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required.
