Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to build next-generation text-to-speech systems featuring natural, expressive voices. We seek Latin America-based voice actors with native Latin American Spanish fluency and a neutral, internationally intelligible delivery to contribute high-quality voice recordings for training and evaluation of cutting-edge speech models.

This role welcomes both experienced voice professionals and newcomers with a clear, expressive voice and a good recording

Formación

• Native LATAM Spanish speaker based in Latin America with neutral, internationally intelligible delivery.
• Clear, natural, and expressive voice suitable for varied scripts (conversational, narrative, instructional).
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup (quality mic, quiet environment, pop filter).

Responsabilidades

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts (conversational, narrative, instructional).
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions.
